LTAC Specialty Hospital â€" Wichita

Wichita, KS

We are seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to work 1 variable day shift each week and take on-call ! every other weekend.

As a Staff Pharmacist you will provide support for clinical programs and practices within the hospital as well as fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy degree (Bachelors or PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Current KS license in good standing
• Recent hospital pharmacist experience (in a hospital or LTAC setting preferred)

Facility: Wichita Specialty Hospital is an acute long-term care hospital located in Wichita, KS, with 37 beds. It is accredited by the Joint Commission. This is a small hospital with convenient parking. Pharmacy management is outsourced! to CPS.
