This Trainer role is responsible for facilitating/training both new hire and continuing education courses for the Pharmacy Services department! s as well as other internal clients. You will also be responsible for reporting your training metrics as well as working on special projects and events. The candidate will be facilitating classes, updating and generating reports, preparing materials, copies, rosters, etc. Daily, the Trainer will update training data, communicate attendance in classes, work with operations to schedule courses, review training materials and be responsible for other projects when not instructing in the classroom.
Positions in this function are responsible for training within a function such as Operations or Customer Service. May also be involved in the design process.

May act as a resource for others.
May coordinate other's activities.
Extensive work experience within own function.
Work is frequently completed without established procedures.

Requirements
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years previous Operational Training experience
Capable and willing to travel up 25%
Intermediate (or higher) level of Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Previous Pharmacy Operations Experience
Assets:
Bachelor's Degree
Pharmacy Mail Service Operations or Fulfillment experience
Previous experience training pharmacy clerks, technicians, or pharmacists
Certified Pharmacy Technician
