Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supervising th! e Patient Services Representatives within the branch facility. Oversees day-to-day activities, manages employee performance and develops, trains and mentors PSR staff. This position also interacts closely with the pharmacy, operations and reimbursement departments as well as staff at various treatment centers and physicians. Answers calls from and communicates with customers or caregivers to review inventory levels of product and supplies. Documents and communicates medical problems or service issues experienced by customer to appropriate clinician or supervisor. May assist pharmacist in generating labels and packing medication and supplies based on State Pharmacy Regulations Required Qualifications:
2 - 5 years demonstrated successful performance as a supervisor is required. Supervision experience in a call center environment desirable. Previous experience working in health care or pharmacy preferred. Strong communication ability and customer service focus. Must be abl! e to create positive work environment, collaborate with others! and communicate effectively with internal and external entities. Preferred Qualifications:
