Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
This position will be respons! ible for overseeing a dynamic team of specialty pharmacists working to provide medication to patients being treated for Mulitple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriasis, Growth Hormone disorders, Cystic Fibrosis, cancer, and various other conditions. The Pharmacy Superviser will work closely with the Pharmacy Operations Manager to ensure our pharmacy is compliant with all state and federal laws, REMS requirements, and meet accreditation standards. The Supervisor will also work closely with a mangement team towards providing the highest level of customer service, quality of work, and production. Required Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform at a high level to meet daily, weekly, and quarterly goals. Candidate must be licensed and in good standing with the state of Kansas with 2 or more years of pharmacist experience. The candidate must have at least one ormore years of management experience. Basic computer and typing ! skills are required. Strong organizational, communication, and! interpersonal skills are critical for success. Available to work anytime between the hours of 7:30am to 7:30 pm Monday through Friday. Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast paced and diverse work environment. Licensed in multiple states or willingness to become multi-state licensed is desirable. Education:
This position requires a degree in pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy with at least two years experience as a pharmacist. Business Overview:
