Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Entry Level Recruiter supports the recruitment for IMEA. The team is responsible for attracting and recruiting Graduate and Intern talents, ensuring that hiring goals are achieved.The Entry-level recruiter coordinates successful on-boarding of diverse entry-level consulting talent and promotes Oliver Wyman’s Employee Value Proposition to key Universities and Candidates.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Recruitment
Supervise interview process from CV screening till debriefing sessions, providing coaching and feedback to the interviewers and candidates
Coordinate with interviewers and candidates to organize the recruitment process
Coordinate feedback, evaluation of the candidate and offer process
Oversee the management of offer process, production of offer documents and communications and “sell”process with candidates
Coordinate on-boarding process in liaison with HC Operations team
Employer Branding
Contribute to elaborate the strategy in the market, working with the marketing, and support communication campaign on different social media
Campus Management, University recruiting & national events
Manage university liaison with key universities, build relationships with careers services and other influential academics
Assemble consultant school teams and hold regular update meetings with them
Plan, organize and attend national and international recruiting events to promote Oliver Wyman
Coordinate communication supports production and advertising on campus
Reporting
Reporting on Recruitment KPIs on a regular basis
Maintain/update recruiting IT system and required databases
Contribute to the management of the local budget, in coordination with the local Recruiting Manager
Who we think will be perfect for this role…
You’ll have a former experience in recruiting and/or events/campus management – 4 years of experience.
Experience within management consulting firm
Organized with an excellent verbal and written communication, you are client-oriented and a very good team player.
Flexible and pragmatic, you like to evolve in a dynamic environment.
Strong MS Office skills are essential – Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required. Workday is a plus.
