Director of Pharmacy

Location: Garden City, Kansas

Description: RPh Professional Search is employing Director of Pharmacy right now, this position will be ordered in Kansas. Further informations about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. 130 bed Hospital in Southwestern Kansas is recruiting for a Director of Pharmacy Services who will ensure the pharmacy provides optimal services and meets all legal accreditation and certification req! uirements in order to comply with all policies, procedures and standards. The Director will facilitate the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Pharmacy systems that promote positive patient outcomes. This position will have some staffing responsibilities to include working weekends.

Required: BS/MS Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (preferred)
Required: Kansas Licensed
Required: 4 years minimum of Hospital Pharmacy Experience (6 or more years preferred)

Required: 2 years minimum (4 years preferred) Directorship/Management Experience

Desired: Pharmacy Practice Residency

Desired: Advanced Degree such as Masters Business or Masters Hospital Administration (MBA / MHA)
