Selects, trains, develops and motivates a branch warehouse and delivery staff to meet department goals and objectives.
Oversees asset management program.
Conducts periodic and annual inventories.
Oversees inventory management.
Ensures the shipping, receiving and delivery of products are in accordance with reports and analyze as needed.
Maintains files and records of supply transactions, delivery activity etc., prepares and analyzes reports as needed.
Oversees fleet management.
Insures compliance of policies! and procedures for shipping, receiving and delivery.
! Maintains facility structure to insure a safe working environment for all employees.
Maintains tele-communications within the branch, this includes phone and voicemail system.
Supervise vehicle maintenance to assure compliance with manufactures and company fleet management specifications.
Monitors and maintain personnel records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Orient and evaluate all subordinate employees to their job responsibilities and provide ongoing in-service as required.
Responsible for overall warehouse maintenance.
Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications
Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
At least two years related experience in a warehousing and management is preferred.
Valid driver's license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
