HOSPITAL FACILITY
How would you like the opportunity to work at an acute care center? This facility is looking for a Pharmacy Director. You wil! l oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities in the hospital pharmacy according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and State and Federal laws.
Required Qualifications
Pharmacy Director experience in a hospital setting for more then 2 years.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, makes critical decisions, respond to client concerns and work cooperatively with other members.
Previous inpatient experience is necessary.
Must be licensed in the State of Kansas.
Experience in Chemotherapy and Oncology preferred.
Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload.
Ability to assess situations and utilize creative problem solving techniques.
Effective communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Graduate from an ACPE accredi! ted School of Pharmacy; PharmD or RPh.
