Job Responsibilities
- In charge of accounting (GL, tax, cost);
- Assisting on accounting software setup according to VAS;
- Review accounting records, vouchers and ledgers in compliance with VAS;
- Tax filling on responsible for VAT, CIT, withholding tax issues or other tax required by tax bureau;
- Assist to E-invoice Process and report to the tax authority;
- Assist financial audits including semi-annual and annual audits;
- Preparing statutory reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) required by Vietnam government;
- Maintain a good relationship with Vietnam governmental authorities (tax, auditor, bank, etc.);
- Other work assigned by the Finance Manager;
Experience requirements
About 2 years of work experience as Finance Supervisor in a manufactory company;- Good knowledge of the policies on accounting, tax and foreign exchange administration;
- Familiar with SAP and MS software;
- Familiar with IFRS is preferable;
- Be initiative and responsible, detail-oriented, able to work independently;
- Good in Chinese. Can use Chinese as working language.
- Have working experience in molding industry.
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related.
