Role
Become a part of our HR project management team and take on the planning and coordination of exciting projects within in a global IT-service environment.
With us you will enjoy real and comprehensive project management responsibility and have the opportunity to influence the conception, creation and implementation of HR roadmap topics.
You are responsible for the development and implementation of HR transformation projects in the areas of organizational development, process optimization and digitalization.
As one of the critical interfaces of the HR function, you are in constant coordination with internal stakeholders and thus take on an important role in achieving all project goals.
Through your ideas as well as your proactive and solution-oriented approach, you create real added value for the company, our employees and all HR functions.
Requirements
You have a degree in human resources, business administration, computer science or a comparable field .
You have several years of experience in project management in an international company.
You can clearly define and communicate project goals, requirements and expectations.
You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and leading projects with international teams on a global level.
You have a strategic outlook paired with a structured and analytical way of thinking and working.
